3. Payment Authorization

  • When placing an order, you authorize Miray Foods (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information when making a purchase.

  • If payment cannot be verified or is declined, your order may be delayed or cancelled.


5. Taxes

  • Applicable sales taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are calculated based on the customer’s shipping address and will be shown at checkout.


6. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you believe there is an error with your payment, please contact us immediately at hello@mirayfoods.ca before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card provider.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
